Accessibility statement
Last updated:
Emergency Medical Performance Systems Inc. wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website. That includes EMS professionals working in hard conditions: bright sunlight, night shifts, a moving vehicle, or one free hand.
Our standard
We design, build, and test this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Scope and status
This statement covers the public website at emedperform.com. It does not cover the MedicDraft product or its demo portal, which will have their own accessibility documentation.
Conformance status: self-assessed. We evaluated this website ourselves, using keyboard-only testing, zoom and reflow checks, and automated testing. It has not yet been audited by an independent third party. Until that audit is complete, we do not claim full conformance.
What we have done
- Semantic structure with landmarks, a logical heading order, and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator.
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA, and information that never relies on color alone.
- Text that can be zoomed to 200% and pages that reflow on narrow screens.
- Respect for reduced-motion settings and Windows high contrast mode.
- Interactive product examples that announce changes to screen readers and work with a keyboard.
- No accessibility overlays or toolbars.
Known limitations
- The interactive product examples need JavaScript. Without it, each example still shows its starting state, and every step of the MedicDraft walkthrough is described in text on the same page.
Compatibility
This website is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and with common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. Screen reader testing across that full set is in progress.
