It covers this public marketing website only. The MedicDraft product, its demo portal, and any information an EMS agency processes in MedicDraft are covered by separate agreements and notices provided to agencies and their users.

What we collect
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. Please do not send patient names, incident details, or other protected health information.
Technical information needed to deliver the site. When you visit, our hosting and content delivery provider (Amazon Web Services) processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested so it can deliver the page securely and protect the site from abuse.
We do not collect information through forms on this website, and we do not ask for any health information.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, chat widgets, or other tracking technologies. Because there are no trackers to turn off, there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it before any non-essential tracker runs.
